Greek style Yogurt is an excellent sleeping aid
Eating a pot of yogurt before bed is the best sleeping aid there is. The reason behind this is that there are certain nutrients required to do two important things to induce sleep - help relax the central nervous system, and create melatonin.
The nutrients required to do those are: calcium, potassium, magnesium, vitamin D, b-vitamins, tryptophan and forms of protein. Yogurt luckily has all of those. I find it really works, so try it. Cheese is good too, but a little more solid which might create problems digesting overnight.
